A Process You Understand
We don't expect you to speak accounting. We meet you where you are so you can work on your business; not just in it.
Intake: We gather your business details including legal info, systems, and filing requirements
Assessment: We review your business vitals like cash, receivables, payroll, tax, and books both current and historical
Diagnostic: We explain what's off or needs more attention and why and then set clear priorities
Treatment Plan: We establish tasks, due dates, deliverables, and associated costs
Ongoing care: We provide agreed services at frequencies you need like check-ins, recordkeeping, financial adjustments, and applicable filings
Referrals: If it's outside our lane, we bring in a specialist and stay involved

Meet Niko
Who I am
Hi, I’m Niko, President of MCA. I came to accounting from education and social work, so I explain money in plain English, listen well, and leave judgment at the door. After the pandemic I trained in accounting and business management, joined my family’s firm, and spent years doing hands-on work. I also supported a veteran tax CPA with 60+ years in practice. In 2024, I took over our family firm. You’ll work directly with me and a small team I trust. I answer quickly and keep things moving.
Why health & wellness
Health comes first. I want my work to support a healthy life and the people who make it possible. I keep your numbers steady so you can focus on care.
When you need more than me
If something isn’t in my lane, I’ll say so early. I’ll bring in a specialist I’d trust with my own business and stay involved so the handoff is smooth. You care for your clients. I’ll make sure the right team cares for you.
